  Well... it's an okay store. The problem is there's teenagers that work here and they act as if the customers are disturbing them. I have been in there when the owner was there and he was so helpful and passionate and hustling to help customers and you could tell he really cares. There is one employee who should 100% be fired. His name is Tyler and he has an arrogant air and borders on being straight up rude. I just went there to get a coffee and I wait and wait and wait, while he made a drink in the empty store... a fancy drink that took him a long time and I'm sure he will enjoy. Then after still standing and never being greeted or told to wait a moment and just ignored... he went to make himself a sandwich. Finally I asked if he is going to help me... he said after he finished the order and I replied with that the store was empty and was he going to at least greet me or say anything???? So yeah... then he finally made my one hot coffee. This isn't the first time he's been rude and the kid needs a major attitude adjustment.

  Now that the manager is gone this place is awesome. There manager was rude. The staff has been super but you could tell they walked on egg shells. Friendly and excellent customer service!
